HORIZON HOUSE RECEIVES FRN
AWARD
FOR FAMILY INCLUSION
On September 8th, the staff of
Horizon
House was presented the 2009
Family Resource Network Award for Family Inclusion.
Horizon House
Targeted Case Management Unit is collaborating with
FRN on incorporating FRN’s Model Family Involvement Standards.
Additionally, they have made family inclusion efforts by having a
Family Advisory Council, and participation of the Wellness Alliance Day
Program in the DBH Family Inclusion Learning Collaborative.
